Job Description – Accountant (ROC Profile)

Job Title: Accountant – ROC Compliance
Location: Sector 2, Noida
Experience: 1 to 1.5 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Handle ROC (Registrar of Companies) related compliances and documentation.

• Assist in filing ROC forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-3 KYC and other applicable forms.

• Maintain statutory records and company compliance documents.

• Assist in preparation and filing of annual returns and financial statements.

• Coordinate for DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) and DIN-related activities.

• Maintain proper records of company documents and compliance deadlines.

• Coordinate with the CA/CS team for ROC filings and statutory compliances.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of ROC compliances and Companies Act, 2013.

• Knowledge of MCA portal and ROC filing procedures.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting.

• Good documentation, coordination and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates with 1 to 1.5 years of relevant experience in ROC compliance.

• B.Com/M.Com graduates preferred.

• Candidates should have basic knowledge of ROC filings and statutory compliance.
