Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and skilled ERP Operator / ERP Executive to handle ERP software operations, production entries, stock management, dispatch records, and daily reporting activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Daily ERP data entry and updating

Production entry and report maintenance

Store stock monitoring and inventory updates

Dispatch entry, challan, and invoice handling

Material inward and outward entry

GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation

Excel reporting and documentation

Coordination with Production, Store, and Dispatch departments

Maintaining accurate system records

Required Skills

✔ ERP Software Knowledge

✔ MS Excel Knowledge

✔ Good Computer Skills

✔ Fast & Accurate Data Entry

✔ Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred

✔ Communication & Coordination Skills
