Job Title: Billing & Dispatch Executive

Location: Indore
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents

• Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for timely delivery

• Maintain dispatch records and stock movement details

• Ensure accurate billing as per GST norms

• Follow up with transporters and customers for delivery confirmation

• Maintain proper documentation and filing

Requirements:

• Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience

• Basic knowledge of GST billing

• Computer proficiency (MS Excel, billing software)

• Good coordination and communication skills

Job Title: GST Tally & Accounts Executive

Location: Indore
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B)

• Handle purchase, sales, expenses, and bank entries

• Reconciliation of GST, bank statements, and ledgers

• Assist in monthly and yearly account closing

• Coordinate with CA for audits and compliance

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounts & GST

• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and basic taxation

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
