## **Job Description: ERP Executive (Construction Site)****Location:** Indore, Surat vapi, Burhanpur (Project sites may change as per requirement)**Salary Range:** ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month### **About the Role:**We are looking for an ERP Executive to manage ERP-related activities at construction project sites. The candidate should be capable of handling data entry, coordination, documentation, and daily reporting.### **Key Responsibilities:*** Maintain daily data entry, material records, and stock updates in the Construction ERP system.* Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and update them in the ERP.* Generate purchase orders, GRN, material issue slips, and inventory reports.* Manage contractor billing, labour attendance, and timesheet entries.* Act as a coordination point between site engineers, store personnel, and the head office for ERP activities.* Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate when necessary.* Maintain documentation, file management, and prepare MIS reports.* Flexibility to travel or shift to different construction sites as per project requirements.### **Required Skills & Qualifications:***Diploma/Civil./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.* Minimum **1–2 years of experience** in ERP Support / Computer Operator / Data Entry roles (Construction industry experience is an added advantage).* Strong computer proficiency: MS Excel, MS Office, and general software handling skills.* Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally ERP / Construction ERP) is a plus.* Good communication and coordination skills.* Strong attention to detail and time management.### **Benefits:*** Opportunity to grow in ERP and construction operations* Exposure to multiple construction sites and project management proceses
