Credit Controller

Job Description:

We are hiring a Junior Executive – Credit Control for a leading freight forwarding company. The candidate should have experience in accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, customer coordination, and credit control processes within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and overdue invoices

• Maintain customer account statements and payment records

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams for billing-related issues

• Monitor aging reports and ensure timely collections

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

• Support finance team in maintaining proper credit control processes

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable

• Experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry is mandatory

• Good knowledge of invoicing, collections, and reconciliation

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
