Job Title: Credit Manager/Sanction Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and final verification of loan applications

•  Verify customer KYC documents including Aadhaar, PAN, salary slips, and bank statements

•  Assess applicant’s income, repayment capacity, and eligibility

•  Take decisions to approve, reject, or hold loan cases as per internal credit policies

•   Prepare sanction notes and update all details in the system

• Coordinate with operations/accounts team for loan disbursement of approved cases

•  Explain loan terms, interest rates, charges, and repayment schedules to customers

•  Ensure accurate data entry in CRM / LMS systems

•  Maintain daily MIS reports for approvals, rejections, and disbursements

•  Follow all risk management, compliance, and fraud control guidelines

Eligibility & Requirements:

•   Graduate in any discipline

•   1–3 years of experience in loan processing, sanction, or credit roles

•   Experience in NBFC / Fintech / Payday Loan industry preferred

•   Basic knowledge of credit appraisal and KYC norms

•   Working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

•    Good communication and coordination skills
