Counter Billing Executive

An Automobile Service Billing Clerk/Executive prepares accurate invoices for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and parts using Dealer Management Systems (DMS). They ensure proper application of taxes and discounts, reconcile service jobs, manage warranty claims, and coordinate with service advisors for timely invoice closure. The role requires high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing: Prepare and generate accurate invoices for service jobs, spare parts, and accessories.

• DMS Management: Input and manage billing entries in the Dealership Management System (DMS).

• Service Coordination: Collaborate with the service team to verify job cards, parts used, and labor hours.

• Warranty/Claims: Process, reconcile, and submit warranty claims or manufacturer repairs.

• Documentation: Maintain organized files of repair orders, invoices, and supporting documents for audits.

• Customer Interaction: Address billing inquiries, process payments, and, if needed, handle customer queries regarding invoices.

• Financial Accuracy: Verify taxes, discounts, and payment methods to ensure compliance with company policies.
