Collection Executive

Job Objective:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Collection & Recovery Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to manage outstanding accounts, contact customers regarding overdue payments, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Regularly monitor the assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts to identify overdue payments.

• Customer Interaction: Reach out to customers via phone, email, or field visits (if applicable) to negotiate and settle outstanding balances.

• Negotiation & Resolution: Negotiate payment plans and settlements while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions in the database.

• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports for management review.

• Compliance: Ensure all collection processes follow ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma/Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Debt Collection, Banking, or Finance (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

• Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult conversations calmly.

  • Proficiency in basic MS Office (Excel) and data entry.

  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
