Job Description – Collection Executive (Personal Loan / Payday Loan)

Position: Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for overdue Personal Loan and Payday Loan repayments.

• Make collection calls and send payment reminders through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.

• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer payment issues.

• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

• Escalate delinquent accounts as per company policy.

• Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and account resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collections.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and collection software.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Experience in NBFC, Personal Loan, or Payday Loan collections preferred.
