Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the company's financial operations, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in handling accounts, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize financial statements, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Account.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.

• Handle statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.

• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital.

• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.

• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and tax payments.

• Develop and implement financial controls and accounting policies.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.

• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.

• Support business planning, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.

• Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team.
