We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & TPA Executive to become a valuable part of the Thave Enterprises team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who excels at managing financial operations, maintaining accuracy in reporting, and ensuring full compliance with taxation and regulatory standards. The position offers a competitive salary of ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 along with strong opportunities for career advancement and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.

• Ensure timely tax calculations, filings, and adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain secure financial records, perform regular data backups, and uphold strict confidentiality.

• Coordinate billing processes and TPA documentation with precision and efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for numerical accuracy and a structured approach to financial management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in billing, accounts, or TPA operations

• Working knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
