Job Title: Billing Executive – Hospital

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Department: Billing  Dept

Experience: 1–5 years (Hospital experience preferred)

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / Any Graduate)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle patient billing (IPD & OPD) accurately

Prepare and verify bills as per hospital tariff

Coordinate with nursing, doctors, and insurance team

Process cash, card, and online payments

Maintain billing records and reports

Handle TPA / insurance billing and documentation

Resolve patient billing queries politely

Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies

Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of hospital billing procedures

Familiarity with TPA / insurance process

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Hospital Software)

⏰ Working Hours:

Shift duty (including night shifts )
