🏥 Job Description – Medical Billing Executive (OPD/IPD & TPA)

Department: Medical Billing / Hospital Operations
Location: Mulund & Borivali

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle OPD and IPD patient billing, registration, admission and discharge processes.

• Prepare and verify patient bills accurately.

• Handle cash, credit card and insurance-related payments.

• Verify insurance documents and patient details.

• Coordinate with TPA and insurance companies for cashless approvals.

• Handle TPA billing, claim processing and documentation.

• Follow up on pending claims, approvals and payment settlements.

• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, patients and insurance teams.

• Maintain accurate billing records and reports.

• Ensure smooth billing operations and timely discharge procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in hospital billing (OPD/IPD) and TPA billing preferred.

• Knowledge of cashless insurance, TPA claims and medical billing procedures.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and hospital software experience.

• Graduation preferred.

Preferred Experience: Hospital / Healthcare Industry.
