• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• General Ledger & Reconciliations: Maintain the general ledger, perform bank and account reconciliations, and record journal entries for accruals, fixed assets, and depreciation.
• Lease & Tenant Accounting: Track rent rolls, process tenant rent and security deposit payments, and manage common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process full-cycle vendor invoices, manage billing, and reconcile accounts receivable.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual property budgets, cash flow forecasts, and budget-versus-actual variance analyses.
• Statutory & Tax Compliance: Handle local tax filings (such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax) and industry-specific regulations like RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance.
• Audits: Prepare workpapers and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
