Associate Finance Controller

Associate Finance controller-2 Key Skills: Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Review and record journal entries, accruals, provisions Validate financial statements and key balance sheet movements Ensure compliance with IFRS standards Manage Non-SAP / legacy entity postings Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation and GL management Familiarity with SAP/CargoWise, or similar tools, TrueBalance Understanding of Internal Controls, and audit requirements Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in shared services / global finance operations Experience in transition, migration, or transformation projects within finance operations is highly desirable Shift Timing: North America region (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST) additional hours may be required during critical close periods.
