Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer collections, credit control, outstanding payments, and ledger reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily collection follow-ups and maintain payment commitment records.
Monitor overdue accounts and customers exceeding credit limits.
Record and allocate customer receipts and unidentified bank credits.
Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
Escalate chronic defaulters and track Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Achieve collection targets and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control.
Textile or trading industry experience preferred.
Advanced Excel and working knowledge of accounting software.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong follow-up, reconciliation, and record-keeping skills.
