Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
Prepare and review accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments and journal vouchers.
Perform regular bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash-flow reports and management reports.
Monitor receivables, outstanding payments and vendor dues.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, statutory auditors and internal auditors.
Assist with GST reconciliation and preparation of supporting data for returns.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.
Monitor accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Maintain proper records for audit and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
Support implementation and improvement of accounting controls and processes.
