1. Knowledge of 5S activates.

2. Knowledge of Accounting process

3. Preparation of financial statements,

4. Issuing receipts and invoices

5. Updating financial database.

6. Knowledge of Taxation & Assessment i.e. Central Excise, IT. PT, VAT etc

7. Knowledge of reconciliation of Third party Bank

8. Knowledge of Balance Sheet preparation

9. Lead monthly book closure process

10. Reconciliations and Ledger scrutiny

11. Cash Flow workings, projections

12. Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financials.

13. Finalization of annual financials and coordination with auditors.

14. Monthly financial result analysis, project wise profitability analysis.

15. Regular reporting regarding Expenses.

16. Keep track of budget Vs actual.

17. Controlling function – advances, expenses, payments.

Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and Depreciation working.
