Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor day-to-day commercial and sales operations for assigned regions or business units.
Handle order processing, invoicing (SGST/IGST), and dispatch coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
Oversee account reconciliation, TCS collection/disbursement, and ensure accuracy in commercial documentation.
Coordinate with distributors, sales teams, and state logistics heads for smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare and present MIS reports, sales data, and operational performance updates to management.
Ensure compliance with GST norms, company policies, and audit requirements.
Manage payment collection, credit control, and follow-ups with clients/distributors.
Support ERP-based operations, data management, and system updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial efficiency and profitability.
15+ years of experience in commercial operations, billing, or channel sales, preferably in manufacturing, electrical, or engineering industries.
Strong understanding of GST, billing systems, and financial reconciliation.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and online sales/dispatch portals.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental interactions.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling multi-location operations independently.
