Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of assigned seller accounts on

Amazon.in.

• Drive seller growth by analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies to improve

sales performance.

• Onboard new sellers and educate them on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices.

• Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising campaigns.

• Monitor account health metrics such as ODR, Cancellation Rate, Late Dispatch Rate, and

A-to-Z Claims.

• Resolve seller issues related to payments, logistics, and product listings.

• Execute promotional campaigns, Deals, Sponsored Ads, and Lightning Deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance seller performance and satisfaction.

• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.

• Build and maintain long-term seller relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in Ecommerce, Seller Support, Marketplace Operations, or

Account Management.

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace policies.

• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Amazon Ads (PPC) Management

• SEO & Catalog Optimization

• Knowledge of FBA and FBM models

• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

• Ability to handle escalations and build seller trust

Eligibility

B.Com, BBA, BMS, MBA (Marketing/Business), or related graduates.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
