Job Title: Tax Manager (Contractual Role)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Tax Manager to manage direct and indirect tax compliances, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing. The role involves ensuring timely tax filings, handling audits and assessments, managing statutory compliances, and partnering with finance teams to drive efficient tax processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GST compliance, return filings, reconciliations, audits, and departmental queries.

• Ensure timely TDS deduction, deposit, return filing, and issuance of Form 16/16A.

• Coordinate Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance with consultants.

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns and manage tax assessments and audits.

• Handle Form 15CA/15CB compliance for foreign remittances.

• Maintain tax records, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.

• Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Drive process improvements and automation in tax operations.

• Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders on tax-related matters.

Required Skills

• CA with 2–5 years of relevant corporate tax experience.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing.

• Experience in tax audits, assessments, and departmental interactions.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and tax compliance tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
