Job DescriptionWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) to manage statutory compliance, financial reporting, and corporate governance requirements of the company.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities*Finalization of accounts, balance sheet & P&L*GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance & filings*Handling audits (Statutory, Internal, Tax)*Budgeting, forecasting & MIS reporting*Liaison with auditors, banks & tax authorities*ROC filings (MCA, AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.)*Drafting board resolutions, minutes & notices*Ensuring Companies Act & SEBI compliance*Handling secretarial audits & due diligence*Maintaining statutory registers & recordsQualifications/Skills CA/CS (Qualified )Strong knowledge of Companies Act, taxation & complianceGood communication & documentation skillsAttention to detailRegulatory & compliance expertiseStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Excel, accounting software & MCA portalAbility to work independently
