About the Role

White Bull Solutions LLP is looking for a UK Accountant Executive to join our Ahmedabad team. The role is suited for an accounting professional with hands-on experience in UK accounting, bookkeeping, VAT and year-end accounts who wants to build deeper expertise in the UK accounting process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for UK clients.

• Prepare and review VAT returns and supporting schedules.

• Assist with year-end accounts and financial statement preparation.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations and review trial balances.

• Post journals and assist with year-end adjustments.

• Maintain accurate working papers and accounting records.

• Work with accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar software.

• Support preparation of management reports and other client deliverables.

• Communicate with internal teams and assist with client queries when required.

• Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with UK accounting exposure.

• Good understanding of UK bookkeeping, VAT and accounting processes.

• Practical experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar accounting software.

• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting fundamentals.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• B.Com, M.Com or a relevant accounting/finance qualification preferred.
