Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and a thorough understanding of GST, TDS, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting records.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and finalize financial statements and annual accounts.

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and related reports.

• Monitor ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.

• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants.

• Generate MIS reports and support management with financial information.

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5 to 7 years in Accounting and Finance.

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.

• Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Book Keeping

  • Finalization of Books of Accounts

  • GST Compliance

  • TDS Compliance

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Financial Reporting

• Good computer skills.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be an advantage.

• Local candidates from Surat preferred.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
