We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at at Viable Logistics. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Input shipment weights, dimensions, destination zones, and waybill numbers into billing systems.

• Invoice Generation: Create and distribute accurate freight invoices to corporate and retail clients.

• Dispute Resolution: Audit carrier bills and investigate shipping cost discrepancies or surcharges.

• Data Verification: Match delivery manifests and proof-of-delivery (POD) logs against billed amounts.

• Customer Support: Answer client and vendor questions regarding invoice charges via phone or email.

• Record Keeping: Update customer master data and maintain clean financial transaction logs.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
