Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our UPS rental and service business.

The role involves handling daily accounts, compliance, cash flow, invoicing, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations

Manage Tally data as per last audit and ensure accuracy of books

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (coordination with CA)

Generate invoices, e-invoices, debit/credit notes, and related documentation

Manage daily cash flow, petty cash, and banking transactions

Record inward and outward entries related to purchases and sales

Coordinate bills, vouchers, and supporting documents

Improve efficiency in accounting and record-keeping processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com or equivalent qualification

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation

Good understanding of cash flow and day-to-day accounting operations

Basic working knowledge of MS Excel

Ability to coordinate with CA, vendors, and internal teams
