📢 We Are Hiring An Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Accountant with strong practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and tax compliance procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth day‑to‑day accounting operations.

💼 Experience: 03–05 Years In Accounting & Tax Compliance.

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree In Commerce (B.Com) or Equivalent Qualification.

💰 CTC: ₹25,000/- To ₹35,000/- Per Month.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1- Record and verify daily accounting entries in accounting software.

2- Prepare and review sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

3- Conduct routine ledger scrutiny and reconciliation activities.

4- Manage GST compliance:

• GST invoicing and classification

• Input tax credit reconciliation

• Verification of GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, and related workings

• GST ledger and vendor reconciliation

5- Handle TDS compliance:

6- Identify applicability of TDS under various sections.

7- Deduct and account for TDS entries.

8- Prepare/review TDS workings.

9- Reconcile TDS payable and returns data.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, & Accounting Processes.

- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, & Accounting Software.

- Good Analytical, Reconciliation, & communication skills.

- Team & Time Management.
