Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to independently handle day-to-day accounting operations, taxation support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, accuracy, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries independently

• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries

• Handle billing, invoicing, and credit/debit notes

• Maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards

Banking & Reconciliation

• Handle bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations

• Manage bank transactions and coordination

• Monitor receivables and payables

Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST data preparation, returns, and reconciliations

• Manage TDS calculations, returns, and challans

• Coordinate with CA for statutory filings and audits

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly MIS, expense reports, and financial statements

• Support budgeting and cost control activities

• Assist in internal and statutory audits

Coordination & Controls

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments

• Ensure compliance with company financial controls and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred

• 4–8 years of experience in accounts & finance

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST & TDS

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel

• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing / Project-based accounting exposure

• Handling audits independently

• Multi-location accounts handling

Working Days: Monday- Saturday

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
