Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial reporting activities for both real estate and resort business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance
• Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts.
• Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
• Monitor cash flow and petty cash management.
Real Estate Accounting
• Track customer advances, installment payments, and sales collections.
• Maintain plot/property-wise revenue and expense records.
• Coordinate documentation related to property registrations and agreements.
• Generate customer account statements and payment follow-ups.
• Assist in project cost tracking and profitability analysis.
Resort Accounting
• Verify daily revenue reports from reservations, room bookings, restaurant, and other resort services.
• Reconcile POS transactions and online booking platform payments.
• Monitor vendor payments and operational expenses.
• Assist in inventory and asset accounting for resort operations.
Reporting & MIS
• Prepare monthly MIS reports.
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Real Estate and Hospitality/Resort sectors or any field
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
• Experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or ERP software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
