Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
Salary: 25k to 35k (but it will depend upon the last drawn salary & his knowledge level)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate entries for receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

• Prepare and maintain daily cash reports.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations.

• Maintain and reconcile debtor and creditor accounts.

• Prepare Profit & Loss scrutiny reports and monthly financial summaries.

• Generate financial and accounting reports using Tally and other accounting software for internal and client requirements.

• Monitor and manage cash flow.

• Calculate, deduct, and process TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and TCS (Tax Collected at Source).

• File TDS and TCS returns within statutory deadlines.

• Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

• Coordinate with vendors and clients for reconciliation, missing 2B credits, and tax-related follow-ups.

• Process monthly payroll, salary payments, and related bank transactions.

• Calculate and deduct salary TDS and maintain salary provisions with appropriate accounting entries.

• Send payment reminders and follow up with clients for outstanding receivables.

• Communicate with vendors and internal teams for reconciliations and credit confirmations.

• Manage all company payments including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial obligations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
