We are looking for an Accounts Executive with knowledge of GST and accounting operations to handle day-to-day financial transactions, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Prepare sales invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills.
Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and GST reconciliation.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
Maintain vendor accounts and process supplier payments.
Assist in MIS reports, audits, and financial documentation.
Qualifications:
B.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.
2–4 years experience in accounting.
Knowledge of GST compliance and MS Excel.
Experience in Tally or accounting software preferred.
