Accounts Executive

Job Summary:  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
 
Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. 

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. 

• Prepare and process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements. 

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records. 

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. 

• Prepare MIS reports and support financial analysis. 

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. 

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. 

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. 

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required. 
  

Skill Sets:  

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. 

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. 

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software. 

• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
