We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling basic accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales and purchase entries in accounting software
Handle invoice preparation and billing activities
Maintain financial records and documentation
Assist with bank-related work and reconciliations
Support daily accounting and administrative operations
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related tasks

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
