KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals. • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, and handle receivables. • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L). • Reconciliation: Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure account accuracy. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS) and tax regulations. • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data for business insights. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. • Team Management: Supervise accounting team, delegate tasks. • Audit Coordination: Liaise with auditors for statutory audits. • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies. • Invoice Processing: Process vendor invoices timely. Generate and dispatch customer invoices. • Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records. • Payment Processing: Ensure timely payments. • Collections: Follow up on overdue receivables. • Credit Control: Assist in credit management.
