Position :- Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Job Type: - Full Time

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by posting entries to the general ledger and reconciling accounts.

• Invoicing: Assist in generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining records of all transactions.

• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including verification, coding, and processing.

• Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.

• Support Audits: Help prepare for audits by gathering and organizing financial data as requested.

• Other Tasks: Provide support to the accounting team as required, including filing, documentation, and data entry.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience: 1-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred).

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Advance Excel & MS Excel and financial analysis.
