We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliations, bookkeeping, and documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally and basic Excel and should be comfortable handling regular accounting transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.

• Record Sales, Purchases, Payments, Receipts, Journals, and other transactions.

• Perform Bank Reconciliation regularly.

• Reconcile Sundry Debtors and Creditors.

• Handle 26AS reconciliation and identify discrepancies.

• Maintain proper books of accounts and accounting records.

• Manage accounting-related documentation and bookkeeping.

• Check and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.

• Prepare basic reports and statements as required by management.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting entries and documentation.

• Maintain proper filing and records of financial documents.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.

• Knowledge of Bank, Debtors, Creditors, and 26AS reconciliation.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

• Good understanding of day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

• Good data entry and documentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of email communication.

• Attention to detail and ability to identify accounting discrepancies.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
