Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Manage customer and vendor account reconciliations.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
Follow up on outstanding payments and customer dues.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and receipts.
Assist in GST-related documentation, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and HR departments for accounting-related information.
Maintain accounting records in Zoho Books or other accounting software.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
Support the Accounts Manager in financial reporting and audit-related work.
Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Experience in Zoho Books, Tally, or other accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
