Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive responsible for managing procurement activities along with day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires strong coordination with vendors, cost control, and accurate financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end procurement: vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and ensure timely material delivery
Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships
Process invoices, verify bills, and manage accounts payable/receivable
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation
Assist in GST filing, reconciliations, and basic compliance
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams
Prepare reports on purchases, expenses, and cost analysis
