Job Description – Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.

• Handle sales and purchase invoices, billing and voucher entries.

• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

• Assist in monthly closing, expense tracking and financial reporting.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, auditors and internal departments.

• Maintain proper documentation and support the preparation of financial statements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.

• Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.

• Good numerical, analytical and communication skills.

• Freshers with relevant practical knowledge may also apply.
