1. Accounts Executive 01 Vacancy (Male)

Experience: Minimum 2 years Age Limit: Up to 32 years Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Accounts, or related field) Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience and job knowledge

Preferred Location: Candidates residing within 20 km of IMT Sector-68

Key Responsibilities:

 Handling bank-related tasks such as cheque deposits, withdrawals and coordinating with the bank.

 Entering daily financial transactions into accounting software or records.

 Assisting in maintaining accounting books and basic financial records.

 Preparing and recording sales and purchase invoices.

 Recording payment, receipts and journal vouchers.

 Managing dispatch of invoices, documents and maintaining financial documents and files properly.

 Assisting customer with basic billing or payment related quarries.

 Maintaining records of daily expenses and supporting documents.

 Assisting in report, reconciliation work and other accounting task.
