● Tally ERP / Tally Prime – Mandatory; exposure to any other ERP (SAP, Zoho Books, Busy, Marg, etc.) is an added advantage

● Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas & reporting)

● Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax basics

● Experience in personal Income Tax filing (ITR) along with Private Limited company compliances (ROC/MCA filings, audit

coordination) is highly preferred

● Project-wise / multi-site accounting

● AP/AR management, vendor & client reconciliation, bank reconciliation

● MIS reporting and project profitability statements

● Prior experience in the Infrastructure, Construction or Capital Goods industry is a big plus

● Strong analytical, numerical and coordination skills

● Leadership / team-handling ability required at the Senior level

● Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally/ERP, including project-wise costing and accounting

● Handle GST, TDS and statutory compliance; manage AP/AR and vendor/client reconciliations

● Support personal Income Tax filing and manage Private Limited company (ROC/MCA) compliance filings

● Prepare bank reconciliation statements, MIS reports and project profitability statements

● Coordinate with purchase, project sites, management, auditors and consultants

● Maintain accurate financial records and support statutory/internal audits

● Senior level: Independently manage project/multi-site accounts and guide/supervise junior accounts staff
