Junior Accounts Executive
Location: Ulhasnagar
Experience: 1–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting entries, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and accounting software. Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Pass accounting entries in Tally ERP/SAP.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal vouchers.
Assist in GST & TDS return preparation.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Maintain petty cash records.
Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents.
Maintain accounting records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments.
Support month-end/year-end closing.
Assist in audits and statutory compliance.
Requirements
B.Com / M.Com preferred.
1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Knowledge of Tally ERP or SAP.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Good MS Excel skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
