Key Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• Prepare and update purchase, sales, and expense records.
• Assist in invoice preparation and bill processing.
• Handle bank entries and reconcile bank statements.
• Maintain petty cash records and supporting documents.
• Support GST, TDS, and other basic compliance work.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for account-related matters.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records. Assist senior accounts team in daily accounting activities.
Candidate Profile/ Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• B.Com or relevant commerce background preferred. Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
