Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including purchase/sales vouchers, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
• Assist with GST compliance — return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and maintaining relevant records.
• Support in basic Income Tax matters including TDS deductions, challans, and coordination with the CA/consultant.
• Prepare monthly salary statements and maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Handle general admin tasks — data entry, correspondence, vendor coordination, office supplies, and maintaining files and registers.
Candidate Profile
• B.Com graduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and admin functions.
• Proficient in Tally ERP; working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax compliances.
• Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word); accurate and detail-oriented in data entry.
• Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice will be given preference.
