Role & Responsibilities

Ø  Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc

Ø  Handling day-to-day accounting

Ø  Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments

Ø  Handling all banking related works

Ø  Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email

Ø  Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of    them

Ø  Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in account position

Ø  Preparing profit and loss statements

Ø  Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities

Ø  Handling petty cash

Ø  Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Requirements

ü  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent

ü  Minimum 1+ years of experience as an accountant

ü  Proficient in managing accounting software

ü  Fresher can also apply

ü  Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes

ü  Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics

ü  Good team player
