Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports
Process payroll coordination and employee reimbursements
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
Maintain proper documentation of financial records
Support internal and external audits
Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups
