Position: Accounts Executive

Reporting To: Sr. Manager-Accounts

Age Criteria: 24 – 40years

Qualification B.com

Experience: 2- 4years experience preferably into Manufacturing Accounts & taxation

Skills: Tally ERP Excel (Sound knowledge) TDS GST working knowledge

Persona: Quick learner . Should have an eye for detail capturing

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for day to day general accounting activities 

2. Working of Taxation & GST is compulsory

3.Making the system entries for each and every bill received.

4. Checking the correctness of the quantity of materials from the bills.

5. Maintaining a file of all the bills on daily basis.

6. Data entry of export sales-purchase expenses

7. Verification of Vendor Invoices & Payment vouchers

8.Inventory reconciliation, Verification of Goods received and issued with ERP
