JOB ROLE: Accounts Executive
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years
LOCATION: Ansal Corporate Plaza (Palam Vihar)
Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile Payment transactions and settlements.
Handle daily accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks (as applicable).
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely posting of all financial transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Assist in GST, TDS filings, and coordination with auditors.
Generate financial reports as required by management.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain and organize all accounting records and documentation.
Proven experience in client invoice follow-ups and payment collection.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with good negotiation and convincing abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and/or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com/M. Com preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in account management, client handling, and relationship building
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
