The Accounts Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely billing, collections, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role supports smooth financial functioning of the company.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers

• Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

• Handle accounts payable and vendor payments

• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents

• Perform bank and cash reconciliation

• Assist in GST compliance (billing, returns, records)

• Track expenses and verify bills

• Support monthly and yearly financial closing

• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams

📊 Accounting & Compliance

• GST billing and basic return filing

• TDS entry and tracking (if applicable)

• Maintain compliance-related documentation

• Ensure accuracy and audit readiness

💻 Tools & Software

• Tally / ERP software

• MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)

• Accounting or billing systems

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred), BBA

• Additional accounting certifications are a plus

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Understanding of GST & taxation basics

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Time management and organization

• Ability to work independently

🕒 Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance

• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply
