MRB Forge & Fittings is looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team.
The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day billing, accounting data entry, payment follow-ups, invoice management, and uploading invoices/documents on customer portals.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and generate sales invoices and bills accurately.
Perform day-to-day accounting and data entry in Tally.
Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Upload invoices and required documents on customer/vendor portals.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding invoices.
Maintain and update accounts receivable and payment records.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams regarding billing and invoice requirements.
Check invoices for accuracy before sharing them with customers.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts-related records.
Assist the senior accounts team with routine accounting and administrative work.
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
